SLIM CHALLENGE - It Begins…
Hello reader,
This was me. Fat, insecure, and very unhappy…
Sorry folks this seems like a long thesis but really not. I want to challenge myself and possibly challenge others to partake in this life changing experience. If your one of those people who always wants fast results but sometimes find yourself hitting a plateau during that journey? Than join the billions of people who goes through the same but hate to admit it. I hate to admit it, but I am one of them. Always want the immediate but always gets derailed from the road and find myself starting something new. In 2007, I finally stopped feeling sorry for myself and wanted to do something about my weight. I am 5′7″, Asian male, and “was” 275lbs. I was always heavy and always tried to do short cuts. I was a size 40-42 waistline and always at the mid to high 200lb weight range. My diet consisted of fatty (jamaican to mexican you name it, I ate it) and indulging foods, like any typical stressed out male in America I ate fast and heavy. I hated the way I look and feel and I took it out on my darling wife. Who, regardless of the way I looked loved me unconditionally. I wanted to start dropping the weight again so I researched all miracle drugs out there to get my heart and blood pumping again to help me motivate myself for morning workouts. Also, I got into mixed martial arts and finally found something fun and helped me released my stress. I trained in my gym Muay Thai amongst others striking and grappling martial arts. IT WORKED! Within, 6months of training and eating right I started to shed pounds like nothing. By Summer of 2008 I was down to 175lbs. My body was getting ripped beyond my wildest dreams. However, my routine included fish, veggies, chicken, and high-fiber, complex carbs so that helped. It was only 10% in the gym, I worked out from 4am-7am almost 5-6 days a week. I followed a strict 2-hr almond/cranberry mix snack routine along with 3-main meals a day with protein shakes religiously daily, and it honestly worked. But I was also using a supplement called LIPO-6 which helped enchance my energy and is a weight-loss supplement that gave me the jitters. Below is the image of my change:

So now 1 year later - I feel like I fell off my work out routines because of work, home, and just being lazy period. The drive is low a little and I wanted to get back. I didnt gain all the weight back but it’s starting to be bad again. Anyway, I wanted to try something that didnt have side-effects as jitters, and feeling like my heart was about to explode. So here I am with Bios Life - SLIM. My good friend Johann, funny enough who is in great shape introduced this to me as a high-blood cholesterol lowering product rather than a weightloss drug. He spoke about how high blood pressure and diabetes is something a lot of Filipino families face each year. I know a few already who has it and eating fatty foods contribute to this. Bios Life pushes their products to be more than a diet supplement its a cheaper alternate to preventative medicine or hospital bills. I know for a fact most of the food we eat when we are down and feeling frumpy far exceeds regular diet numbers. Imagine the calories and triglycerides to put in your body and is just stored as fat. During the day when you don’t eat your body doesnt burn that fat it eats lean muscle since its slower to burn and last longer. Lean muscle lies under fat so the less lean muscle you have the slower your metabolism will be. Anyway, will explain further during my days of blogging, this is just a quick summary.
My wife has started and I started to noticed already a difference in the way she acts and look. Maybe I am just thinking positively but I feel in living something and believing it through experience. I cannot promote anything without doing it first. That is how I am living now. So the journey begins. I will document all body changes and anything that goes on during this experiment. I will be honest as possible regardless of the outcome.
Anyway, sorry this is such a cluttered opening post but my mind is everywhere. Wish me luck! I am not sure who is out there reading this but maybe you can experience what I go though as well. Anyway, here is a link to one of the videos that speaks of the product: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J502w3Y5u9U&feature=rec-LGOUT-exp_stronger_r2-HM

I’m glad the product is working for you. Yes, being gassy will happen, as your body adjusts to the high fiber content in your body. Looking forward to seeing day 15 if you keep at it!
