CUSTOM DESIGNS ORDER FORM:

DUE TO HIGH-VOLUMES of orders we are no longer taking custom orders. All custom orders placed before March 1st 2005 will be completed - Anyone who orders after this date will be refunded. We apologize for this - but it was an executive decision and we must concentrate more on our own designs. Once again we apologize - please come back again.!!

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
We will create a layout specific to your standard provided that you send us a copy of your select jpg. images (3 images max) of high resolution (min. 300 dpi or better). If you don't have images we'll search for them ourselves if the design is universal. Our graphics crew are top notch professionals with the skills that will help you create the skinz that you most desire! You want a snoop dog designs?? DONE! You want a Clay Aiken design? HEY WATEVER..DONE! You have all the options with no exceptions!

READ HERE BEFORE ORDERING:
All we need from you is a $10.00 deposit/design fee (Non-refundable and will not be added to the total price!) to get started on your layout. Once added to the cart, shipping charge will be added ($6.00). The shipping charge will be added to the TOTAL AMOUNT and will be refundable if by any chance the buyer changes their mind. After fee is made we will go ahead with designing until you are completely satisfied. Until you "ok" the finished layout. your own custom skinz for a mere price of $32.00.
When you send the deposit please indicate in the NOTE section of paypal for which phone you want this design for and then e-mail us the images. SEND TO: jaggedswords@aol.com

WHAT DO I GET?
You are getting (1) ONE DESIGN (LAYOUT) on (5) five custom. It's always advised to create a design that is universal and can be re-sold to others or given to your peers/family members. This is a great deal - it's pretty much a bulk sale on your OWN, PERSONAL design that we create for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Each custom designs takes (2-3) weeks to design/produce and print, also depending on design. We will make sure you get the best quality design and on top of that - It's your own! So the simpler the design the faster it will be done.
