Sometimes the mail carrier leaves the package outside your door or sometimes they do not leave it. Best bet is to go to the post office with your confirmation number. Ask them if it was confirmed if it was left. Another instance is that someone took it or recieved it in or around your house. So ask around also. If item was found lost please file a claim in your post office and inform us. We cannot do much unless you paid for insurance (see above for details). 3). Your item has been returned to us due to bad/or wrong address or it was not claimed. We will contact you once your item comes back. Please let us know if you want it shipped back or refunded.
